Trending @Cognizant; Billable since 1 year but no project work till now! Whats wrong?

Hi guys, after completing my B.Tech, I was hired as a fresher last year in a CTS after which I was trained on SAP ABAP, CRM for 3 months and then I had two project interviews post which I was onboarded onto a project, and was billable(not on bench or any dummy project).They are just asking me to learn UI5, I have completed that too but I don't know what's wrong.

Since then It has been more then 1 year but I was not deployed with any work, no team. I am just going to office, sitting in my Projects ODC and going back home. On asking when will I get to work on the project they say currently they do not have any work.. Are they just printing money ? Taking hefty amounts from the client on behalf of my billability?

Any idea what should I do? Since my work ex is now 1 year 4 months and still don't have any realtime project experience.
