Currently I am on bench( Aging : 19 days).I got offer from one organization. They offered me 7 lpa ( total exp: 2 yrs).Should I wait here to get new project or put down papers and join new organization.

Best time to avoid 90 days NP when you are on bench and can exit early
You are already on the bench .. you can get an early exit
The next company should not follow the model followed by Cognizant
If you get any offers leave CTS ASAP.. I am ready to join on the same package but not getting calls
