I'm an architect at M level and my client is releasing me this month (oct 2024) end. What are the next steps, will i remain non billable for some time and will move to bench after that, and how long is the bench period for M level now in cognizant until i get the next project ? also where I can see the available projects in 1C, Please help

You'll likely move to the bench after release. Bench duration varies, but typically a few months. Check 1C for projects. Stay proactive and network internally.
