Hi starting today I will be on bench. I'm PA and having 1 year and 9 months. Does the bench policy will be imposed on me? Or how much time is there for me to get into the project

You have upto 2 years after that.. U will get see the aging in tmp portal.. Withing 35 to 40 days u have to get project

After joining in cognizant.. After 2 years u will be promoted.. Then ur aging will start.. 35 to 50 days . If u didn't get any project.. Then he will call uu.. They will ask to self resign or termination.. If u do self resign the u wi get.. Notice period + compensation 2 months + earned leaves money fnf.. That's it
