I came on bench on 5th of July, i wanted to ask the HR if by tomorrow or after few days I get an external offer...will I be released early instead of serving the bench period.
I tried hard searching for the HR details, never able to find that.
I don't want to ask anything to my HM as he is my existing manager of the project I got release from as he is extremely rude when asked any questions.
To get the details of HR raise GSD.
You can simply tag ADP POC of your location which you will get during PDP connect and raise mail mentioning your date of exit they will provide you early release and first follow this one go to HCM and raise resignation request.
My friends have the same issue . First out resign , then one HR will be allocated, you can address your issue , you will get early release. My two friends got early release , one within one day and other 10 days .
