In Cognizant,one of my colleagues is on bench for last 51 days not getting project so what happen if he does not got any project and second thing his allocation end date shows 31 of dec.so what it means exactly will he be a part of company till Dec. 31 and will be getting salary

Anytime he can receive a Show cause notice. Tell him to be prepared. Allocation date is default 31 December. Don't pay attention to it
