Yeah, i raised GSD and got same reply from them that to wait until EOD as there is technical glitch and i called bank to check and they said that there is no technical glitch from their side. I guess it is Cognizant which is having issue right now.
Not yet credited bro. Axis Bank. I had a conversation with the HR as well as others who've their salary accounts in other banks. It's not only with Axis Bank but the same case is with other banks too. Many people didn't get their salaries credited into their bank accounts but their payslip shows status as, 'Credited'
@TheJokerOf13th - Nope, she didn't throw any light on the root cause for the issue, but asked us to wait until the end of the day by when it might get credited into our bank accounts!
