Promotion cycles and yearly hike cycles both are different, so it doesn’t matter if you got promoted recently. In my case, it was also the same previous year, so for sure you will get the hike in August.

as per my knowledge it'll be 5% on your current ctc max. if you're lucky then 10% max. yes you're eligible for yearly appraisal
Hikes are based on ratings doens't matter what ever the designation is, it will happen for everyone though we are promoted or not
