Associates who don’t get projects , even though their skillset is good, are forced by Hr to submit their resignation
It's not true.. I know people who stayed in bench for more than 9 months and hey got allocated due to immediate requirement in a project without giving any interview.

Same happened with few of my friends. Their project ended and they were on bench, after 2months on bench they were asked to resign.
Here whoever sees this message. Can u please tell from which BU u all belong whoever have been forced to resign u worked on what technology.
I am in EPS BU ,WITH SALESFORCE. I THINK THIS ISNT THE CASE IN THIS BU or is it.
They give only two month salary with in hand..
My two friends got the same.
Also the same happened with my colleague , HR forced her to resign after 57 days of aging
I guess it depends on your position.
