Hi All, I have been pomoted to Associate in October 2023(9 months ago). Completed 3 years with cognizant overall. When will I be promoted to senior associate? When can I expect my next promotion? Is there any timeline to get promotion from associate to senior associate?

You should wait for another 1.5 years in the current role..!! Also it depends on your previous ratings, domain, project and manager..!!
