I have a query regarding the Associate promotion. I received my PA promotion in march 2025, and my date of joining was March 2022. I will be completing three years with the organization this coming March. Since I have already met the 30-month eligibility criteria and have received the highest rating in the recent cycle, I would like to understand whether I am eligible for the Associate promotion and when I can expect it.???
