12moTrending @Cognizant; Are you guys having any Leave Plan Restrictions for your project ?
In my Project my PM says you can only take 5 days of leave (Both Planned and Sick) in a Quarter. If I take any Sick leave and my Leaves for the quarter goes above 5, they deduct my Planned leaves for Next quarter 😓
