Are you guys strictly following RTO? Did u face any consequences for not following? I'm the sole member in my location and going to the office travelling a couple of hours all 3 days a week just to connect on teams is becoming depressing.

I second you. I go twice a week. I started going from 2023 then went complete WFH for few months, and started RTO again from April 2025. Nobody in my project said anything about me not going to office
