Trending @Cognizant; Are the people on the bench eligible for Q4 promotions (PA to A) in this?
I was released from the project and have been on the bench since the first week of November. However, I am still reporting to my old PM, and based on my performance in the earlier project, he gave me a 5 rating in this YER. But I haven’t been allocated to any new project yet.

So, my doubt is whether nominations for the A-level promotions have started or not?

If the HM nominates me, will I be eligible for a promotion?

Will my promotion be rejected by the BU because I don’t have a project?

How could you know the rating before the reveal? Don't trust PMs
Ratings are not yet disclosed, also rating is not the only criteria for PA to A promotion and criteria keeps changing with each quarter. So i would suggest you to connect with your old PM since he/she disclose your rating, they should be able to tell you criteria as well.
