Ratings are out, but the catch is that your Home Manager must publish it for you to see.
If they don't publish it by 9th February, it will automatically be available for you to see.

Ratings gets released for all the employees in India at the same time, irrespective of the business unit. Ask your manager to check and let you know your ratings.
