Trending @Cognizant; Are promotions happening for A to SA?

I want to know if I’m non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I’m having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.

Yes for SA. Today I also got an update from the Manager so this cycle will not happen.

It does not happen by default . Your manager has to raise a promotion eligible SO to promote you either in the same account or you can apply to other SOs through TMP
