I have joined Cognizant on 27 Feb, 2025 as SA. When does appraisal happen and will I be eligible? And when do we get variable pay?

As per current process;
For this year joiners, your rating will be calculated for this year and it will be released by your supervisor by january.
Variable pay - you will get it by 2nd week of April 2026
Appraisal - you will be eligible for appraisal only on next year August 2026. Based on thisyear end rating, you will get the appraisal.
