Trending @Cognizant; Anyone with exception case PA to A

Guys there is no hope, better switch one of the HR has confirmed to me that expectations have not been accepted by the leadership . They are just making us fools for a long time.

I and my got promotion two days back , from pa to associate

My PM said exception cases are hold and for next quarter he will definitely promote me. But now I don't trust these guys

Exception approval means what brother?

It as to update before 21st bro else nothing will happen I'm also waiting my doj is jan 22 ,3.4yrs I used to go to ofc but due to medical emergency I was unable to go in jan and feb so my pm told will try with expectional and he said EDL accepted it but no update now .

I asked my PM for exception case we have to wait for one week it should reflect or else will check with HR

My PM raised exception case for me ..but I didn't get promotion
