Trending @Cognizant; Anyone knows about anything on the promotion from PA to A for August,2022 joiners?!

You are not eligible for this quarter. I just had a call with HR and she said 30 months completion is mandatory and RTO 2.5 per week so you will be eligible for next quarter. So be careful and go to office regularly for next quarter and don't miss. I am not getting promoted with improper RTO. I have been going to office but not so regularly
