Trending @Cognizant; Anyone got PA to A promotion, today with 3 ratings and joined in June 2022? Please help

I have asked with hr he said in the next batch also they have not considered 3 rating only 4,5 rating people status got updated yesterday on 1c. For 3 rating I don’t think there is any hope you have to wait till the rating change in Jan.

Depends on service line , mine is AIA and minimum 30 months is the new criteria to complete for 3 ratings.

My HCM told me it's 30 months in AIA for 3 rating.

Depends on BU bro. In my project , they had only 1 quota and 2 people were eligible. Only 1 got promoted and mine was shifted to next quarter which is oct-dec. Nominations will be around 25 Nov, hoping for the best.
