Trending @Cognizant; Anyone at Senior level or HR who can confirm on Hike?
As per inside information - either we get hike email next week or mail regarding timeline of hike mostly around October then - they want to push it to last quater so that next year they can give in December. As I already mentioned in my previous post - every year they are deffering 3 months ultimately they will be giving 1 hike less after 4 years. They changed cycle from October to April but never gave hike on April ever - they delayed it to Aug last year this year it will be October next December or Jan and then next will be April
Could you just check that I understood correctly? The hike scheduled for April 2025 will now take place in December 2025 or January 2026 instead. The following hike is scheduled for April 2027. Do I have this right?
CFO himself already confirm about hike, now whose confirmation you need?
