Trending @Cognizant; Anyone any idea on hike percentages for this Nov?!

Highest percentage was already shared and it would be highest single digit.

Mostly it would be 6,7,8 or 7,8,9 percent

Will there be a hike again in March ?

They are going to match tcs at best just to avoid harsh criticism

Mostly as last year based on the ratings 3 4 and 5, 3% 4% and 4.5%. Hope it will be a little higher but let's see
