Trending @Cognizant; Anybody serving notice period, got a call from cognizant HR, asking you to stay back? Please share your experiences!

An associate reporting to me, came to me for council after getting that call.
From what I have seen, they will attempt to meet other companies'offer only if they see value in holding you back. I have never seen them pass the 35% increase mark. My suggestion is to take any counter offer as long as you see yourself benefitting from it (like include WFH, visa, promotion, etc,..)
