Trending @Cognizant; Any PA received advisory mail from HR to stick to 4 days/week RTO?

As it is i am not getting promotion because I'm non billable,now they want me to come to office 5 days a week too. Other PAs got promoted in 2-3 days / week.

On top of that we have to maintain 9 hours on prohance too. Wtf is this clownery happening here?
