I joined Cognizant 5 months back. My manager ask if I can do US support for a month due to emergency and he also mentioned about night shift allowance. Yet I haven’t agreed but before I say yes I need to confirm how much they pay for night allowance. Let me know if anyone have idea about it.

I also work in US shift and the max night shift you can get is Rs 3000.
