Trending @Cognizant; Another offer letter but NP is 90 days
I have got an offer from another company but here my Notice period is 90 days. I will be released from project by may end. Any idea how to reduce my service to 1 month so that i can join another company by june end or mid july?

1st accept the offer letter and then try to negotiate with Cognizant HR how many days they can reduce according to that add your planned leave and check weather it solves your issur if not then get in touch with the HR of the new company ask him/her to check with the project manager if you join x no days later weather that will be fine(most cases yes) if still not then you have to give the amount to Cognizant Hr for the days you'll leave early (if the next company is more valuable to you)
First of all they won't give a buyout option. If you're good with the manager then it may work. The HR team is a waste of money in CTS they are just for the name sake.
Ask for a buyout .
