I noticed on this month's (November) payslip that a colleague from a different project received an amount labelled as an annual Incentive. Usually, we receive a payment called performance/incentive around mid March. I haven't received this annual Incentive, so I wanted to check- are the annual Incentive and the performance incentive the same thing?

These incentives are given to those who joined cognizant from non engineering backgrounds. This is same incentive like us, but only difference is they will give splited incentives two times in same year where as we get one time full.
