Trending @Cognizant; Am I underpaid?

I recently joined Cognizant as Process Executive-Data(US Mortgage) Process. My net in-hand is around 13500. During interview they told it's gonna work from office there is 13.5k salary and 1k Attendance Bonous. But the job is WFH and office location is Kolkata. 13.5 for an international process is it not underpaid.? And I am also suspicious about growth there too.
