Trending @Cognizant; Am I underpaid?

At SA for CIS domain, they get 18-22 LPA. But same resource (SA) with more experience in same domain are also earning less than 15 LPA too. Sick!

Obviously associates are earing more than this

Experience x 3 to experience x 4 is a decent range. Now with cognizant my salary is constant with time being a variable.. lol
