Guys, writing this again – please respond if anyone has recently got an update from EDL/PDL/Associate Director about the promotion eligibility list. Me and my teammate meet all the criteria but haven’t received any update yet. Want to know if others in different projects/domains who are also eligible are facing the same situation.
How do you know that you meet the criteria if you haven't received any list?
Rto based on work model, rating , billability and yoe .. these are criteria .. for all these 3 quarters so if we satisfy these criteria we are eligibile
There are also criteria related to Learning Demonstration, they share this when the list is finally shared, I hope this is also fulfilled by you. But don't worry if you are meeting all the criterias you will be getting promotion..!! You can see the changes reflecting in your Associate 360 from 1st oct probably or you can get the list by this week as well
List is shared for MLEU ON 27th august and 2nd Sep was last date to nominate. HR will send eligible and ineligible both candidates list to edl/pdl
Depending upon project budget and your rating 3,4,5. Rto from 26th May to 11th August. Utilization above 75% for last 6 months. 2024 skill up goal 100% and 2025 plan is set as of 11th August. Average 2.5 days per week in office. No active disciplinary in last 12 months. Tenure of 30 months or more as of 11th August
Bro but some are receiving updates for eligibility list even last friday.. bro.. so it depends on project
Nothing depends on project. Its already been shared and now they are confirming. HR send same timeline for every project and they need to act accordingly
Any new news about the promotion? Anyone got any confirmation mail regarding the PA-A Promotion?
