I joined cts in September 2023 and will complete my 2yrs this September. If I get released from my current project does aging start immediately or after this September?

Aging depends on which month you will be releasing. If they decide to release you today…. On this of next month your aging gets started

But usually aging starts for the employees who completed 2 yrs in cts till last year?....no idea if it's changed this year
