I recently received an offer letter from a company. During the interview, I mentioned that Cognizant has a 30-day notice period, but I am aware that the actual notice period is 3 months. Can someone advise me on how to resign from Cognizant within 15 to 30 days?

Better talk to your manager and HR regarding this and get released in less days. You can utilise the balance leaves for reducing the notice period days.
