Hi Cognizant Peeps,
You might not have seen me active here in past few days. I have left Cognizant. I was frustrated to my core here. Spent 3 yrs here and all I can say is Cognizant is the most toxic company.
Since this new Ceo has started implementing his Infosys tactics..the company is nothing which it used to be.
My advise to everyone would be leave this shit hole and find a better paying job and a better environment especially after the peanut hike!
Your talent would be better appreciated somewhere else. Happy job hunting!

Haha don't worry soon his poor performance gonna get him fired. He is not able to turn profits so they are doing forceful resignations so they can turn profits. No new projects, no new business just reduction in headcounts.
Good Decision! But I'm afraid I might not get a job outside the company. I apply for 100 jobs on LinkedIn and get 1 or 2 calls.
Please use Naukri.com and if you are not getting calls then please upskill and add some skills in your current role. It might help.
