Currently, I am in PDP and got a mail mentioned "Welcome to ADP". Can anyone please tell me what is the difference between PDP and ADP?

PDP is project deployable pool which is of 28 days while u are still on project and search jobs., Whereas ADP is associate deployable pool which starts once u hv completed PDP and it is of 35 days where you do not have project and you actively look for projects.
