I am about to get released from the project. Manager has asked me to raise PEA in go perform. What are the chances of layoffs for me. Can anyone help understanding this ? I am a data engineer with 7 years of experience. Almost 2 in CTS

Bro start looking outside, very less projects in AIA in that management is forcing to take 2 PAT and atlest 2 PA.

And do we need to go to office everyday while on bench ? My office is 36 kms from my home

TBH there are very few projects in Data..they are asking people to resign on 52nd bench day and I feel you will have ample amount of time to look out.
