Trending @Cognizant; A TO SA Promotion feeling like being used
Recently completed 24months in CTS and manager had said he will promote in Q2, later said some issue my name not in eligibility list and will try in Q3. However still there is no good response from him.
I am doing work senior most people in my account even senior associate taking help from me.
A to SA promotion is not based on a list its PA to A for A to SA promotion you need to apply in tmp for IJM if you want promotion in same project your manager needs to create a promotion eligible SO and tag you under it once allocation id done you will be promoted it does not have to be a new quarter i got promoted to SA last month its all on your manager and EDL.if they want to promote you they can.
Nobody will see or observe whether a SA is taking help from A or not
It's you who has to fight for yourself
If you got getting what you deserve don't work as hard and also try to switch to other company,
You will definitely find a good opportunity
