Hi everyone, Can anyone tell me the criteria for A to SA. If the peron's first company is Cognizant only. Telling because some people often change the company then the criteria might be different.

You manager/project manager should nominate you as a new SO would need to be generated.
You will have to be absolute necessity in a project and should be working in a lead role

As an associate 24 months to be completed and there should be approval from project level for this promotion.
