I joined on 01-02-2022 as A, latest rating was 5 will I get Promotion to SA.
What is the criteria ?

I did check with my manager and they give all sort of excuses need to check with leadership you need show role maturity and intact in the name of promotion they will start giving you more work and will say we are evaluating you .

Same senario for me but i think we don’t get promoted automatically not really sure on this.
