I was told by SM that the IJM window is open and they have sent the SO details for approval (PE tagging) to the HR (Ops team). So when do we expect it to be done ? Is this the right path.. or am I being gaslighted ?
(SO was created from the Project side and it's active in TMP without PE tag)
Kindly help.

If I was nominated for Q1 promotion when I will reflect or when mail will come to us like u had promoted

congrats since so is created for you they'll mostly approve it hopefully in Q1 you'll get promoted
