Trending @Cognizant; "A" Promotion is Based on which year Rating? Previous year or Current year?
In last year, My rating is “3”. So for “A” promotion from PA, Managers said From D.O.J need to wait for 36 months. So for now, In this year I got only rating “2”, Managers said No Promotions for Rating 2. Please confirm!

I'm just gonna put this straight. Rating is literally bullshit. I'm not even kidding. in my project i have seen people getting promoted just because they're telugu or tamil. no regards of skill set or certificate earned whatsoever. ask yourself if you're in the same boat as mine. rating is just done for the sake of it. ik people getting 3 rating while they did not even finish their go perform for the entire year. choose wisely :)
yes, no promotion for 2 rating.
make sure you meet below criteria and based on priority, pending people will be promoted. first 5, then 4 then 3....

Criteria I that u have to have 3,4,5 rating plus u should complete 1 year 6 month as a PA plus 10 days in office in last 3 months
