Trending @Cognizant; 90 days notice period.

I have 2.5 years experience in Cognizant. I am being assigned to a PTP profile from starting. Now i want to change for better career opportunities but my notice period is acting as a barrier.

Could anyone please guide me what is the most etiquette way to deal with this situation?

If u believe in your skills, resign job and search for opportunities. When your notice period about to complete in 30 days, u will be getting more calls and your profiles will be short listed for an interview a lot.

If you didn’t get any offer, revoke your resignation
