Trending @Cognizant; 30 months over on April 18, with good ratings & RTO. 2024 go perform,timesheet & utilisation are green. Can I expect promotion in June Q2 ?

If I have only 50% skill up completed in 2024 then my promotion is not going to happen in 2025 ..right ? Or when I I can expect my promotion rest everything is green for me

My 30 months are completed and i have 99.3 in current quarter utilisation and everything is matching but since they are calculating for utilisation for the last 30 months overall. With that criteria mismatch i am not eligible.

They will see last 6 months utilisation not last 30 months

I know at least three people pinged their manager asking about promotion and nomination window is opened or not, and none of them get a single reply from their manager.
