Trending @Cognizant; 3 days mandatory wfo
I am currently taking leaves if I can't come to office all the 3 days . Is there any method to avoid taking leaves and managing wfo? Like I can't come to office in the first week of January and there are no train tickets available. My leaves will be over if I take 3 days off. Please suggest and help me.
but I am not going 3 days office and not getting any warning mail or anything, time sheet getting approve every week .

I took 3 week wfh 😂 . But I had genuine reason like my mother had cataract surgery. But if ur taking wfh just drop a mail to ur project manager and home manager that u will be doing wfh plus tag the person who schedules ur seat every month . If she will need she cancel the seat in flexi then u will not get mail every day when u don't come to office. Even if she does not cancels it u will just get a auto generated mail asking reasons just reply with I did wfh. Hope this helps.
