Hello Everyone, I joined in A company I didn't liked work there so I started looking out side and got an offer from B company I requested A company to leave but they demanded money I am not in a sistuation to pay so I didn't serverd notice period there and they terminated me on Aug 30 2021, I joined in B company on Aug 02nd 2021 as a fresher without using A experience. Now I shifted to CTS in BGV i didn't mentioned anything about A. Now they are asking why you hide A employement and what is your last working there How can I handle this please help.
Why you have to mention that company as a full-time working you can also say I was working part-time or I was working as an internship. If you don’t have your current package based on the experience of overlapping, then it doesn’t matter. Even I had the same situation, but it’s my choice. I choose not to use that experience for my growth in the current organisation.
Yes, I have not added that experience into my resume. I got an email saying that update hidden employement exit date in UAN portal and submit relieving letter. But they are not providing any letter to me as I absconded.
