Heard in one of the team meeting that Cognizant us starting 10 Hrs / 3 days Mandatory from office. Has anyone heard similar communication from HM or PM about the same.
This is true. I heard this from Hyderabad center HR head. They are mandating 3 days a week RTO. It will Be tracked in go perform as part of compliance. Non compliant associates can be terminated or can get poor ratings. HR announced that it’s quite strict.
Just one question, does HR gives the ratings or the Home manager. If it is coming in go perform, then i guess it depends upon your manager what rating he gives. 🤔
If it is tracked as compliance , the system will assign default rating of 1 or 2 for all non compliant associates . Compliance parameters are productivity , trutime , learning and now RTO. If any one is non compliant then they will enter consequence management with HR
Everyone is speaking same thing. And, it's utter nonsense.
Not nonsense. They are moving in that direction with no exceptions.
It's nonsense because no one can sit for 10 hours in office. It's nonsense for employees to work under such leadership. Calling employees to office is one thing but expecting them to sit for 10 hours is another level bs.
Worst workplace.
Working here for 10 hours and salary for 8 hours. I am sharing my experience with the last organization, where(WFH) office timings start from 1 pm and end at 10 pm . No one is available after 8PM and no one complained about this
Not sure on 10hrs, but 3 days yes. If they say 10hrs, god help us☠️
Good usage of bad situation in job market. However also heard people started abusing the system as well
