I got Needs improvement comment by my supervisor in final reflections and my Overall assessment as succeeding. I’m on bench from 5 months. What can I expect? Will i get promoted from A5 to B1 or will i get any hike? Or will i face any consequences because of the reviews?

I am not sure about hike but promotion is very unlikely as you mentioned you are on bench

Chances of promotion are very less to none for succeeding rating. Hike I'm not sure what you can expect but around 5% should be expected if at all
