I have been on bench from past few months my year end review was in amj cycle all the four steps are done it’s 1 july and still manager validation is pending.Also when i filled form and the first 3 action like self reflection,manager reflection and year end people review are done by some other manager and when this manager validation is pending and someone new is assigned.
