Depends on your current CTC and whether you have got promotion as well along with the exceptional rating

I have ctc of 4.2 lpa
And got succeeding rating on last year and got that promotion in the month of oct 2025 it got delayed because of some project billable issues!!! But now I got exceptional rating for this year!!!
