I joined CG in September 2024 i am in a billable project and my work efficiency is also good my manager told that he has given me good rating but when i saw my rating it’s succeeding like 3 what should i do how much hike will i get and will there be increase in my position ? Please answer whom can i reachout i am really not satisfied with this

For succeeding ratings, don't expect much hike. Maybe around 6% at most. Since your manager said that he had given you good ratings, most probably the HR might have downgraded your ratings to 3. Reach out to your manager for this and convey your disappointment

@PapaChico What about exceeding ratings? How much can be expected for that? I know nobody can say for sure but any range expectation?
