Can someone explain the year end process in Capgemini.
How and what to set the priorities? I have around 5+ years of experience and I have recently joined Capgemini ( july 2025).
I need some guidance on the year end process.

I can see 1 development and 2 business activities for me.
There are YER calls scheduled every alternate days at 11 AM (next call is on Monday). You can tryil joining one of these and get your concern clarified. You'll get the meeting link in of the YER you've received recently
